What is happening to Breezy?

We have made the difficult decision to wind down Breezy. We are grateful for every customer who trusted us with their business and want to make this transition as smooth as possible.

When will Breezy stop working?

Breezy will continue operating through July 25, 2026. After that date, all services — including AI calls, texts, web chat, and CRM — will be fully shut down.

Question 3

Will I be charged again?

Accepted Answer

No. No customer will be charged after June 25, 2026. If you are on a monthly plan, you will not see another charge. Your service will remain active through July 25, 2026 at no additional cost.

Question 4

I am on an annual plan. Will I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are on an annual plan, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining months of service that will not be rendered. You do not need to take any action — refunds will be processed automatically.

Can I export my data?

Yes. If you need an export of your contacts, call logs, conversation history, or any other data, please email us at founders@getbreezy.app and we will handle it for you on a case-by-case basis.

What happens to my phone number?

If you have a Breezy-provisioned phone number, you can port it to another provider before July 25, 2026. Contact us at founders@getbreezy.app and we will help facilitate the transfer.

What happens to my domain?

If you have a domain connected to Breezy, we can transfer it to you. Email us at founders@getbreezy.app and we will walk you through the process.
